"The Talent Pipeline Accelerator" is specifically designed to revolutionize your talent sourcing and expert shortlisting processes. To ensure maximum efficiency and deliver on our core promise, this service does not include the following

Executive-Level Positions Roles typically defined as Department Head, Director, VP, C-level, or equivalent are outside the scope of this particular service. Dedicated executive search services can be discussed separately.
Interview Process Management Our service focuses on providing qualified shortlists. The scheduling, conducting, or coordination of client interviews (beyond our initial candidate screening) remains the responsibility of your team.
Offer Creation & Negotiation Drafting offer letters, managing salary negotiations, or closing candidates with offers are not part of this service. ​
Background Checks & Extensive Reference Checks Conducting formal background checks or detailed reference checks (beyond initial verification of stated experience) are outside the scope of our service.
On-boarding Support Assistance with new hire paperwork, induction processes, or post-hire follow-up is not included.
